Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview and Commencement of Services
All enrollments are subject to the terms set out in this Refund and Cancellation Policy. By enrolling in our program, making payment, and participating in the course offerings, you expressly agree to these terms.
2. Strict No-Refund Thresholds
Due to the proprietary nature of our course materials, live instruction, and exclusive peer network, no refunds will be granted once any of the following triggers occur:
- Program Commencement: You have attended, observed, or participated in any scheduled live class, workshop, or cohort session (in whole or in part).
- Access to Materials: You have logged in to our learning portal, viewed, streamed, or downloaded any course materials, slide decks, recordings, worksheets, or resources.
- Community Access: You have accepted an invite or gained entry to our private community groups (including, but not limited to, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, or equivalent platforms).
Once any of the above milestones are reached, the service is deemed delivered in substantial part, and all fees paid are strictly non-refundable.
3. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Pre-Commencement Only)
Under applicable consumer regulations, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation window starting from the date of purchase, provided none of the conditions in Section 2 have been triggered.
To receive a full refund during this 14-day window, you must notify us in writing before attending any live sessions, accessing any digital files, or joining any community spaces.
By requesting immediate access to materials or attending any live sessions prior to the expiry of this 14-day window, you expressly request the immediate supply of digital content/services and acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived.
4. Complimentary and Taster Sessions
Attendance at complimentary workshops, free preview sessions, or bonus community calls—whether provided prior to purchase or alongside the main curriculum—does not alter the terms of this policy or establish grounds for a refund.
5. Program Deferral and Discretionary Credits
In exceptional circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies), we may, at our sole discretion, offer to transfer your enrollment to a future cohort or issue a credit note. This is offered entirely on a goodwill basis and does not constitute an entitlement to a monetary refund.
6. Contact Us
