Why You Need a Tools Map
There are now hundreds of AI tools, and new ones launch every week. The biggest mistake young creators make is not a lack of skill — it's tool overwhelm. You try five different apps, get mediocre results from each, and give up before finding the one built for what you're actually trying to do.
This guide fixes that. It's organised by JOB, not by tool name — because the question is never "which AI should I use?" It's "what am I trying to make, and which tool was built for that?" Bookmark it, and come back every time you start a new project.
The Golden Rule
No single AI tool does everything well. The creators who move fastest are the ones who build a small, reliable toolkit — one or two tools per job — rather than chasing every new release.
✍️ For Writing
Best for: blogs, captions, scripts, marketing copy, emails, brainstorming, research, and studying.

Use Claude or ChatGPT for the actual writing and thinking. Use Perplexity when you need facts, statistics, or sources you can verify — it shows you where the information came from, which the others often don't.

Best for: posters, social graphics, product mockups, event invitations, thumbnails, and any AI image with text in it.

Need it fast and easy → Canva AI or ChatGPT. Need it commercially safe for a client → Adobe Firefly. Need it to look genuinely stunning → Midjourney or ChatGPT. Need text inside the image → Ideogram. Need a quick photorealistic edit → Google Nano Banana.
